It’s me against the Hubs against the clock…..
I want/need to run my 11 miles this morning. He wants/needs to do a 13 mile ruck/walk in preparation for the Bataan Memorial Death March. Who will go first? I want to. I planned to be on the road by 9. It is 8:42 AM. He wants to go first, I don’t really mind but if he isn’t out the door by 9 I will be out the door…
So in the mean time, check this out!!!

Remember how I left my lock at the pool and 4 days later it was still there? Then the very next day I left it at the gym? I went in yesterday and it was there!!!
YAY! From now on I will be more careful not to forget it…After retrieving my lock from the gym I headed to the pool. I got in 1,250 yds total 300 warm up/ 16 x 50 yd interval swim sprint things/ 150 yd cool down. I swam hard and fast so that I could be done in time to drive to the other gym (annoying…) for spin class. I got there and guess what…No spin at noon on Fridays. I was grumpy about that. I didn’t make it to a single spin class this week. I opted for some upper body weights instead of running.
And now it is 9:15…The Hubs made his 9:00 deadline.
Guess that means I will be setting out for my 11 mile run in a few hours.
