I got to have 4.5 miles of pure running heaven along the sandy shores and the beach! This sure made me want to run all day. Too bad I couldn't!
Since I am on vacation this posting will be short!
Today I am grateful for:
A wonderful time with friends and family!
A beautiful path to run on!
Spending time in Monterey, my favorite place on earth!
I'm noticing your beach run had a trail. When I ran on the beach last week, it was just in the sand, and it was a great workout for my quads, hamstring & gluts. And it made me very tired.
