but not kickin'.
Thanks to all of you who have sent well-wishes my way...they may be working but keep them coming. I feel a bit better but I still have a pounding headache that will not go away. I am sure it is only partially due to illness though....stress among other things always wears me down.
I need to run. I need to run for 100 miles....it very well may kill me if I did that but it would be a cool way to go. But really, I have not been able to clear my mind and hit the pavement since Tuesday. I can feel things piling on, the way they do when I don't get to run them off. It's like missing therapy and that is no bueno! I need to charge myself a no-show fee and enforce a strict no cancellation policy. It would be for my own good...
Today I am Grateful for:
people who notice and make a point give a smile.
Easy return policies.

ReplyDeleteThose are healthy vibes! Get better Amanda! You'll run soon. :)
Oh lady....I am ready for you to feel better. Headaches are the worst... and stress BLECK..
ReplyDeleteHugs and smile!!
Good health vibes!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon. Being out for the count sucks. And I know what you mean by not getting to run the stress off. I only got out for 30 minutes today, but felt a million times better afterward. Hope you get to get out there soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping the stress and headache ease for you soon! Feel better!
ReplyDeleteI think it is wonderful that you still find things to be grateful for, even when you are down and out. I am also very grateful for easy return policies!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon!
Soon you will be grateful for feeling better and stress reducing runs!
ReplyDeleteSometimes the only thing that gets me feeling better is a hard core sweat session...it hurts for awhile but then I swear I start feeling better. I really hope you can kick this soon!
ReplyDeleteHeadaches are terrible and make it also difficult to run (well that's how it works when I'm having one) so I hope you feel better soon and can go running again!
ReplyDeleteHang in there Amanda! I know how you feel about things piling on when you can't run! Nothing helps clear your mind like sweat dripping and feet pounding the pavement! Feel better!
ReplyDeleteAmanda, I need your advice:
