I hate the beginning of the school year because it messes with my running time. :) You will figure it out!

I am excited to hear about your new training plan. I used Hal for my first three and they worked great, but I wanted more miles and speed work and went with something new this time around. (Dorothy at Mileposts made a training plan for me). So far so good... just had a 26 minute PR with my half marathon last weekend (1:38) and am hoping to BQ at my marathon in 7 weeks. :)SupermomE13https://www.blogger.com/profile/11305105357197956694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2280571059554402649.post-47513025568450810962011-07-15T08:51:05.513-05:002011-07-15T08:51:05.513-05:00I go through running droughts... where I just can&...I go through running droughts... where I just can't seem to do it. Three miles is always the magic number and my runs usually hover around there when I'm just not feeling it. You will get back into the groove before you know it! I think the next plan I'm going to follow is Run Less Run Faster. Apparently there are only three runs a week, which gives lots of time for crosstraining! I will definitely look into it for my next big race. I have an 8K race this weekend and I've decided I'm just going to wing it!Christina @ The Athletarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07328839478273608532noreply@blogger.com
