I started running at 14, so have been running multiple decades and..it just isn't as fun anymore. I sometimes really have to force myself out there. I know part of it is the lack of trails that are actually runnable (because, a 15 minute pace on the rocks is kind of great sometimes, but you do want to run faster sometimes too). I don't really want to run with people so that's not it either. So I do something different every day and don't run every day. I might bike or hike or gym it. That seems to work.
