I have no idea what I'm doing! I spoke to some people at the expo at the 5K and they told me to increase my mileage one day a week by a mile each week, and to run 3 miles or so on my regular runs. I ran 2 miles on Sunday, lifted on Monday, and today I ran 4 miles, split up 2 at a time about an hour apart. I would LOVE any training input you have!! You can email me at JessicaKeller42@gmail.com!
